I am on a Y2J role lately if you’ve rolled along with Knee Bars and have paid attention. In my humble opinion, this latest run has absolutely been his best work in a while. I did enjoy the Punk – Y2J feud, thought it was pretty intense between the two best talkers at the time. But right now…killing….it.

Y2J is the Apple Cider Vinegar of the WWE. Drink it in, mannnnn.

ACV is loaded with a plethora of health benefits on the inside and outside. Drink a tbsp. of ACV a day and assist your body in balancing its’ natural acidity and aids in digestion.

How do I ingest my ACV? Well since baking with it kills all the goodness, I drink mine (2 tsp)….with water (20 oz)…and matcha (1 tsp)…and fresh lemon juice. Do not drink it straight since that ish will burn the throat and leave you like Kane. I also enjoy mine while listening to….

I’m not just a talking head…I do this.

Another rad treatment with ACV is mixing a touch with your Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay. It’s awesome for the face and with fu manchus…

Don’t be scared…of my face or ACV. Go…get…go get some today! Ay!

Brussel Up

Much like Rusev, I am also a brute…and handsome. Or so I’ve been told by Dylan’s eyes. The main difference is I’m not married to Lana nor am I Bulgarian…but I am indeed a Brussel Brute.

I adore the cruciferous Brussel Sprouts not only for their flavor, but also because of the extreme health benefits. They whack you in the head with Potassium, Vitamin C, Folate, Magnesium, Fiber and loads more vitamins according to The World’s Healthiest Foods.

Brussel’s are wicked easy to prepare and cook up. Way to easy for you not to incorporate into your weekly eating plans. Here are a few of my favorite recipes from some of my favorite food bloggers from around the internet.

Quick Counts: Turmeric Ginger Lemon Law

Turmeric is the Questlove to Ginger’s Black Thought in this version of the real Roots.

Go ahead throw this on while prepping this super infused elixir.

Turmeric breaks you off with plenty of health benefits including anti-inflammatory and potentially even anti-cancer properties.

Ginger, not about that Jack Gallagher life, is a staple in my diet. Being a king member of the roots kingdom, along with Turmeric, Ginger helps to clothesline heel cholesterol, pummel PMS and help out with digestion.

Let’s call the action on this health powerbomb elexir…laying down the Turmeric Ginger Lemon Law.

1 inch fresh Turmeric root or 1 hefty tsp of organic ground Turmeric
2 inch fresh Ginger root
1 half lemon, halfed…you know 2 quarters
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp hemp oil or olive oil

  1. 4-5 Cups of water in the pan
  2. Shave the skin off the Turmeric and Ginger and slice rather thinly for better absorption…toss into water
  3. Squeeze lemon into water and throw in the lemons themselves
  4. Add and stir in black pepper and oil
  5. Bring to boil, lower to medium-low and let simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, strain into mason jars
  7. Enjoy hot or cold, maybe add a little honey or agave syrup!

Super simple recipe to super start your day. Tweak the recipe as you see fit, add cinnamon, more water…whatever you think would taste well!
